PROFUSION APPOINTS ALEX WILLIAMSON AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Williamson to Expand Company’s Leadership in Core and Adjacent End Markets

Fairlawn, Ohio, May 8, 2018 – ProFusion Industries, LLC (“ProFusion” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer and distributor of polymer-based products, announced today that Alex Williamson has been appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Williamson succeeds Jon Golden, who successfully managed the Company through a carve-out from the RJF International Company. Mr. Golden will serve as Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors and will continue to work with the Company in a consulting role.

Mr. Williamson joins ProFusion with more than 25 years of leadership experience in the industrial manufacturing and distribution sectors, having served most recently as Group President of Myers Industries’ Distribution Segment, a leading international manufacturer of plastics products and specialty moldings.

Robert Strauss, a Board member of ProFusion commented on the appointment, stating, “Alex Williamson is a talented industry veteran with a demonstrated track record of leading organic growth initiatives and optimizing go-to-market strategies. Prior to his role as the Group President for Myers Industries’ Distribution Segment, Mr. Williamson served as Co-President of Seaman Corporation, a leading independent manufacturer and distributor of industrial coated fabrics. Earlier in his career, Mr. Williamson had leadership roles of increasing responsibility with the B.F. Goodrich Company and Noveon. Mr. Williamson holds an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University and a M.A. and a B.S. in Chemistry from the College of William and Mary.
